GPA Calculator
Weighted grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
How it works
GPA weights each grade by the credit hours of the course, so a four-credit class moves the average twice as far as a two-credit one.
The standard US scale runs A = 4.0, B = 3.0, C = 2.0, D = 1.0, F = 0, with plus and minus adjusting by 0.3. Institutions vary — some cap A+ at 4.0, others award 4.3 — so check yours before relying on the decimal.
